How is this different from Jira, ClickUp or Asana?

Those tools are built for big teams with sprints, story points, and epics. You work with 1–3 clients per project. You need Kanban, files, chat — not 500 features you'll never use. And your client doesn't have to create an account.

Does my client need an account?

No. Your client gets a unique link by email and can use the portal immediately. No signing up, no password. The only account that exists is yours.

How does file versioning work?

If you upload a file with the same name, we ask: is this a new version? If yes, it's automatically numbered, older versions are kept. No more filenames like "logo_final_v4_FINAL_new.pdf".

Can I assign tasks, set priorities, and use @mentions?

Yes. Every task has priority, due date, assignee, and comments with @mentions. Participants get automatic notifications — with settings for "mentions only", "all activity" or "no emails".

Is this a tool for me or for the client?

How secure are the files?
